Stipend and Eligibility
A stipend may be offered to interns for living expenses, excluding those already receiving financial support.
Candidates must be enrolled in or have recently graduated from a recognized educational institution to qualify.
Recent graduates should commence their internship within 12 months of graduation.

Requirements and Skills
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and apply their knowledge to contribute effectively.
Other key attributes include initiative, innovation, time management, and a service-oriented approach.
Contractual Terms
Interns should be at least 20 years old at the time of application, proficient in at least one of WHO/UNAIDS’s official languages, and hold a valid passport/ID from a WHO/UNAIDS Member State.
Relatives of UNAIDS Secretariat staff are ineligible. Previous participation in UNAIDS’ internship program disqualifies candidates.
