The form can be found online at www.gov.za or www.dpsa.gov.za. A comprehensive/ detailed Curriculum Vitae must be accompanied by the Z83 (in full, accurately, legibly, honestly). The application does not require copies of qualifications or other relevant documents, but the Z83 and a detailed Curriculum Vitae are required.
Application Notes
The Curriculum Vitae must contain at least three (3) reference persons and their contacts on or before the day of the interview. It must include certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents from shortlisted candidates.
Incomplete or inaccurate information on a job application will result in disqualification. Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
