x2 Provisioning Administration Officer Posts at the Office of the Chief Justice, Republic of South Africa
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) plus 3year National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 (360 Credits), recognized by SAQA. PFMA, BBB-EE Act, PPPFA, Treasury Regulations, and relevant prescripts knowledge, In-depth knowledge of procurement systems, such as JYP, LOGIS and other procurement systems, and a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
Duties:
Ensure the implementation of SCM policies and prescriptions as received from the National Treasury. Invite quotations from suppliers in accordance with relevant prescripts and SCM guidelines. Evaluate and check the quotations and make sure they meet the specifications. Conduct and facilitate briefing sessions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all procurement documents and processes Create a database of suppliers when obtaining quotations to make sure quotations are rotated; Issue purchase orders to the relevant suppliers; Ensure that subordinates (Clerks and Interns) adhere to SCM policies and prescriptions; Ensure proper filling and safe keeping of documents; Close commitments and follow up on outstanding commitments. In addition to the duties delegated by the supervisor, perform other duties as assigned.

The application must be submitted on the NEW Z83 form, which can be downloaded from the internet at www.judiciary.org.za or www.dpsa.gov.za/dpsa2g/vacancies.asp or obtained from any Public Service Department.
