YALI RLC-SA: Nurturing Tomorrow’s Leaders
The YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (RLC SA), hosted by the University of South Africa at the Graduate School of Business Leadership in Midrand, South Africa, is dedicated to nurturing critical thinkers, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, and fostering cross-border collaboration.

Training Focus
The RLC SA provides comprehensive training in contemporary African issues, with specialized tracks in Business and Entrepreneurship, Civic Leadership, and Public Management.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18-35
- Demonstrated commitment to positively impact your community, country, and the African continent
- Proven experience in Public Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, or Civic Leadership
- Citizenship in Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, or Zimbabwe
- Ability to commit to a two-week online and three-week residential program
- Proficiency in the English language
HOW TO APPLY

- Individuals representing and advocating for the rights of LGBTIQ communities across the region

Cohort Details
- Cohort 23 is a hybrid program, including both online (March 11 – March 22, 2024) and in-resident (April 8 – April 26, 2024) components.
- Online Cohort 19 is a fully online program (February 26 – April 12, 2024).
