Africa Global Logistics South Africa Learnership Programme 2023/2024
AGL is excited to offer a 12-month learnership opportunity and is seeking (15) high-potential candidates to join its Learnership Programme for the 2023/2024 intake. This learnership program leads to a nationally recognized NC Freight Forwarding and Customs Compliance (NQF 4) qualification.
The one-year entry-level program provides participants with valuable exposure to the workplace and an opportunity to develop essential workplace skills. It serves as a bridge between formal education and the professional world.
Note: Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, aligning with AGL’s Employment Equity plan.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Applicants must be between 21 and 33 years of age
- Strong computer literacy and proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Effective personal time management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Possession of any relevant qualifications such as Logistics or Supply Chain will be advantageous
- No more than two years of prior work experience
- Not previously enrolled in a Learnership program
- Demonstrated resilience and commitment to the 12-month program
