In its mid-year graduate development programme for 2023, Anglo-American is seeking a highly motivated human resources graduate. During your time at the site, you will gain exposure to all HR generalist functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning, and data analysis.

You will develop key working relationships within operational teams and utilize industry-relevant HR systems to drive best practice within the HR function. This placement requires exceptional time management and a customer service orientation, as well as an understanding of the Company’s purpose of reimagining mining to improve people’s lives.

As a C4 in the Human Resources Department, this role reports to the HR Manager 

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements:  

• An honours degree in HR or a related field is required.

• Post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.

• Are due to graduate by December 2023 or have completed your degree within the last two years

• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.  

• Team player with leadership potential.  

• Engage in challenging work with passion, drive, and ambition.
