Application Notes

 In addition to quoting the relevant reference number, applications must be filled out and signed using the NEW Z83 form available from any Public Service department. If an application is received with the incorrect employment application (Z83) after 1 January 2021, it will not be considered.

An application must include a fully completed Z83, along with a detailed CV. Candidates who are shortlisted must submit certified copies of their qualifications and other relevant documents before the interview date.

Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Shortlisted applicants are required to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and provide proof of such evaluation (only when shortlisted).

Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be considered. It is important to note that it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application is submitted by the due date. Due to the large number of responses anticipated, correspondence will be limited to short-listed candidates only.
