Duties

It is the responsibility of this position to utilize audio-visual materials to spread awareness about the department’s work; to produce, receive and compile information and to circulate it internally;

Ensure proper write-up and dissemination of relevant content; Coordinate relevant content for internal stakeholders to keep them updated; Assist in operating and maintaining internal communication resources; Monitor content placed on various internal platforms including information boards; Capture high-quality videos for the department; Edit the videos and produce the final product; Share the video footage with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally;

Video footages should be archived for future use; footage should be sourced for internal platforms; good-quality images should be produced for the department; photos should be downloaded, edited, archived, and distributed;

Assist with creating internal awareness about departmental projects and programs; Develop content for implementation of internal communication activities; Make pictures available on all platforms including social media; Create a spreadsheet for the pictures taken; Create a spreadsheet for the pictures taken;

Organize and implement internal communication plans; Assist with administrative duties for internal communication; Maintain a photo library and audio-visual archive for the department.
