ERWAT, established in 1992, plays a vital role in providing bulk wastewater conveyance and treatment to numerous industries and over 3.5 million individuals.

The organization operates 19 wastewater treatment works, processing between 700 to 1000 megalitres of wastewater daily, encompassing domestic and industrial sources.

ERWAT’s strategic objectives encompass the following:

1. Utilizing cutting-edge technologies for the timely establishment of appropriately sized wastewater treatment facilities in strategic locations.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for various driving functions across the organization. Key duties include:

• Safe and confidential delivery and collection of mail, goods, correspondences, and official documents.
• Adhering to driving standards, passenger safety regulations, courtesy, and punctuality.
• Maintaining accurate vehicle records and submitting them as per the established procedures.
• Ensuring secure custody of vehicle keys and petrol cards at all times.

Requirements

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid South African Driver’s License.
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• No prior managerial experience is necessary.
