Responsibilities
- Through innovative, proactive, and appropriate solutions, provide exceptional service to customers
- Planning, reporting, and updating all relevant information related to the relevant role of learning in an efficient manner is an important aspect of performing role responsibilities
- Contribute to new innovations against objectives by participating in the business’s innovation process
- Engaging in knowledge sharing and projects to maximize skills and career exploration relevant to the role by completing all activities required for efficient and successful performance
- Complete training assignments in order to manage graduate development plan
- Ensure graduate competence and skills are increased by attending training sessions
