The Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) is responsible for executing the small business plan of the national government and establishing a standardized, uniform national delivery network.
SEDA is an agency of the Department of Small Business Development in South Africa, founded in 2004 through the National Small Business Amendment Act, Act 29 of 2004.

Job Vacancies of Business Advisor at SEDA
The primary purpose of this role is to provide business development services to micro and small enterprises.
Key Performance Areas
- Provide pertinent business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises.
- Perform Business Diagnostics using appropriate tools.
- Facilitate and oversee the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies.
- Monitor and assess the improvement of client business positions.
Required Minimum Qualification
- Matric (NQF level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management, Commerce, Engineering, or Project Management.
- A valid South African driver’s license.
Required Work Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a business consultant, manager, or business owner.
Must demonstrate:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector.
