Mnambithi TVET College Seeks Data Capturers
Mnambithi TVET College seeks unemployed youth to temporarily fill Data Capturer roles for the 2024 academic year enrolments across all campuses and open learning.
The positions involve capturing and managing information related to student registrations, assessments, absenteeism, final marks, and maintaining relevant student data on the COLTEC System.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture student information (registrations, assessments, absenteeism, final marks).
- Update and maintain statistical reports.
- Manage document flow and filing.
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Maintain student information on COLTEC System.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant post-matric qualification.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS packages (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Minimum one year of data capture experience.
