A valid driver’s license and two years of clerical experience in the public sector.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED:
Having a working knowledge of Operation Vula Fund policies and procedures.
Understanding of the principles of Project Management.
Understanding of the regulatory framework for the Public Service, including the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations, Financial Regulations about Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, and Service Delivery Framework (Batho Pele Principles).
A candidate should demonstrate excellent skills in: Report writing, project management, research, coordination, business planning, financial management, computer literacy (Power Point, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word), interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
Skills in teamwork, communication (verbal and written), and interviewing.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Administration duties. •Conduct Due Oillgence Assessment-Tier 1 •Facilitate and coordinate final contract approvals
• Handover or coordination of events. Disbursement agencies, assist internal auditors and AGSA.
