We are looking for energetic individuals to join our Fashion Call Centre in Cape Town. If you’re motivated, able to work shifts, and have reliable transport, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation for Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Quality of Call Opening
- Quality of Collections Call
- Quality of Credit Line Affordability Calculations
- Educating the Customer on payment benefits, NCA, Fashion Delivery Service, and consequences of non-payment
- Administration: Adherence to call procedures, updating customer details, summarizing comments accurately
- Quality of Call Ending
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Previous relevant experience is advantageous
Competencies
- Computer literate (Excel, Word)
- Focus, concentration, and attention to detail
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible
- Problem-solving skills
- Telephone Personality: Customer-oriented, energetic, friendly, respectful, and empathetic
