South African Civil Aviation Authority Seeks Client Service Officer
SACAA is accepting applications for a 12-month graduate internship program within the Supply Chain Management department.
Duties and Responsibilities Front Line
- Provide customer services following the policies and procedures of the Client Relationship Management section.
- Track and manage all customer inquiries within the approved Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system until they are resolved.
- Professionally respond to requests from both internal and external customers.
- Assess customer satisfaction using approved tools and systems.
Quality Control
- Document all inquiries and adhere to procedures related to client service, as per ISO and other company and legal requirements.
- Take corrective action to address deficiencies within Client Services.
Customer Satisfaction
- Offer client services that enhance the organization’s image.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and are logged in the approved CRM system.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and perception.
- Implement the end-to-end customer process map.
Supervision and Training of Entry-Level Client Services Officers
- Supervise and train entry-level client services officers, equipping them with the necessary skills to perform their key performance area tasks.
Liaison and Coordination
- Collaborate and network with clients to identify any information and service requirements.
Requirements Education
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 and a post-Matric qualification in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Ideal Qualification: National Diploma in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Studies, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in client services.
