To support the MBC Customer Services Business by identifying parts trends and implementing retail campaigns to increase sales revenue. Manage and analyze pricing trends in relation to revenue growth. To identify opportunities using the pricing lever as a means of increasing revenue and growing the Customer Services business in compliance with the Company’s integrity and antibribery codes, Conflict of Interest Policy, and S.H.E requirements, as well as perform delegated S.H.E duties and tasks, and notify superiors about deviations.

Main Tasks:

Customer Services Sales and Marketing Audits: Manage and facilitate all audit requirements.

Assist the DAG pricing team in fulfilling all local requirements, manage and implement new pricing tools, such as PEP, through the Global Pricing System. Maintain sticker prices and discount group logic in the system. – Implement Annual Price Alignment as per OP agreement. – Implement Campaign Pricing”

MBSA Market Intelligence: Collecting insight from the Agent Network about price changes. Managing and facilitating MBSA market studies with external service providers. Providing a scope of work for the service provider to complete.

Analyze current and future parts pricing and develop a pricing strategy that supports Customer Services strategic objectives. Ensure that price adjustments are monitored and analyzed for impact on part sales, Net Revenue Customer Pay, Annual Price Alignment, and Tyre Price Alignment.

Analysis of Sales trends in Reporting: Analyze and provide regular feedback on the impact of pricing on sales trends. Provide recommendations on pricing opportunities to further enhance profitability, NRCP Share (Premium Drive, workshops, ABRC’s and Out of Control), NRCP and Pieces development by life cycles (LCC), NRCP development by special product segment (SPS) – Campaign Sales Development Revenue and Pieces, Tyre Sales Development Revenue and Pieces.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Qualifications
Matric + Revelant Diploma/degree
Experience:
· 3-5 years’ relevant experience
