University of Cape Town is Seeking Experienced Driver. The University of Cape Town is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Driver.
This opportunity comes with a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including transportation of documents or trial participants, staff transportation for training or meetings, compliance with vehicle usage regulations, adherence to traffic regulations, and maintaining a focus on health and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12 or Matric Equivalent (preferable)
- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Professional Driving Permit (advantageous)
- 2 – 5 years of driving experience
- Familiarity with Cape Town and its surroundings
- Willingness to travel to clinic and state hospital locations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and another South African Language
- Ability to work under pressure with a customer-centric approach
- Positive and professional attitude
- Computer Literacy (advantageous)
