Main Pirpose
The primary objective is to provide top-tier customer service while maximizing sales to foster the company’s expansion and revenue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through superior sales service.
- Maintain exceptional store conditions and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Sustain a consistently well-stocked store.
- Identify and fulfill customers’ needs effectively.
- Recommend and showcase items that align with customer preferences.
- Welcome and engage customers proactively.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions proficiently.
- Actively participate in receiving new shipments.
- Stay updated on product information and accurately convey product features and benefits.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Higher education (Advantageous)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 1-2 years of retail experience (preferably)
- Knowledgeable about retail practices
- Demonstrated ability in customer service
- Leadership qualities
- Johannesburg-based
