Job Opportunity of Administration Clerk at RCL Foods

As part of the Groceries Division, we are looking for an Administration Clerk to join our team in Randfontein.

Reporting to the SHE Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front reception, handling tasks such as meeting drivers, clients, and visitors, as well as processing access documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing orders
• Providing access to drivers
• Issuing access documents for visitors
• Administering the Agrigrain system
• Controlling access to the visitor’s door
• Answering telephone calls
• Documenting and controlling parcels and donations
• Administering programs accurately
• Reporting variances on orders

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with customers/visitors
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order administration
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Bilingual (Ability to speak an African language could be beneficial)
• Friendly disposition
