Duties and Responsibilities
As a graduate intern, you will:
- Plan stock needs to meet turnover targets
- Ensure profitability targets are met
- Calculate stock and sales budgets
- Manage stock levels and aging
- Plan production based on sales requirements
- Analyze historical trends and market changes
- Provide analytical support across business processes
- Determine sales forecasts and coordinate plans
- Conduct store visits and provide support
Job Requirements
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business Management, with a minimum 65% average. Other requirements include South African citizenship, age between 18 and 33, willingness to travel, and intermediate computer skills.
Competencies sought: Analytical skills, attention to detail, assertiveness, excellent communication, time management, and the ability to cope with high-stress periods.
