Vacancy of Control Room Operator at University of Venda
The Control Room Operator will be responsible for:
Monitoring:
Overseeing access control, CCTV, fire detection, and various building management and early warning systems.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- A three-year National Diploma in Policing, Forensic Investigation, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related security qualifications.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Registered PSIRA grade C certification.
- Two years of experience in campus security or a similar environment.
- An understanding of student life in a tertiary environment.
