2024 Supply Chain Management Internship of the Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Procurement assistance aligned with OPFA SCM policies and legislation
• Contacting service providers for quotations and meetings as necessary
• Preparation of requisitions, purchase orders, and overseeing budget compliance
• Managing approval, placement, and follow-up of orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Feedback to end-users on procurement progress
• Serving as Secretariat for SCM Committees, facilitating submissions, and communicating bid outcomes
• Record-keeping, audit information preparation, accuracy confirmation of invoices, asset verification, and barcoding
• Compilation and submission of regular reports, attending to CFO requests, and handling ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• National Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
