About Nasi Ispani
“Nasi Ispani” is a strategic recruitment initiative aimed at combatting unemployment and providing job opportunities within the Gauteng Provincial Government. Launched on June 16, 2023, the program’s name, derived from the Nguni phrase meaning “Here is a job,” is open to all South African citizens who are unemployed and meet the position requirements. Requirements

Duties
The primary responsibilities of Youth Development Profilers include:
- Profiling households in the community
- Analyzing household profile reports
- Making household referrals
- Drafting referral letters
- Tracking cases related to Sport, Arts, Culture, and Recreation
- Attending ward-based meetings and ensuring the implementation of household profiling for community-based initiatives in line with the TISH Strategy Interventions.
