Data Capturer Job Vacancy at the Aurum Institute in Brits
The primary responsibility of the Data Capturer is to facilitate the accurate conversion of paper records into electronic formats, enabling efficient data review and analysis.
This role involves generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports while adhering to specified reporting timelines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Review paper forms for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before data entry.
- Accurately capture data from paper forms into Tier.net, HPRS, and WEBDHIS databases following Aurum-specific guidelines.
- Perform data triangulation between paper forms and data already captured in electronic databases.
- Support the data management team in various data management functions.
- Adhere to all data management SOPs, guidelines, and confidentiality agreements.
- Complete daily time sheets.
Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12
- GCP training
- Tier.Net/WebDHIS/HPRS Certificate
Experience:
- One-year experience in data capturing
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting data presentations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work overtime and ability to move between facilities
- Adherence to strict Data Management reporting deadlines
